Our Work

We recruit musicians to work in Primary Schools so that they can learn to share the passion and joy of music making with children of all ages and abilities. Currently they are in several schools across north London, working with hundreds of children every week. We aim to place musicians in as many schools as possible for a term at a time, hoping to extend the relationship between musician and school for as long as possible.

Curriculum coverage is devised and delivered by musicians who have been trained by us to come up with the ideas, resources and creative approach to music that they can confidently deliver and that schools need. If there is a longer relationship with the musician and the school then it is our hope that we inspire other teachers at the school to be more confident and more creative and therefore engage with the music curriculum more as a result.

We can train you as a musician if you do not have qualified teacher status, so that you can understand and withstand the rigours of the primary music curriculum.
